Adam has directed multiple collaborative R&D projects, both domestically and internationally, and most notably, led a cross-functional team that successfully commercialized an enzymatic biodiesel technology co-located with an ethanol plant. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell.

Ben specializes in projects for the production of fuels including ethanol, sustainable aviation fuel, renewable diesel, and biodiesel. Passionate about innovation and efficiency in renewable energy processes, he is an expert in implementing cutting-edge technologies and best practices. Ben holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and has experience in both design and field operations.

As CTO, Dean drives engineering and technology with an expertise in refining, biofuels, process engineering, design engineering, research, and technology development.

Dean has led research and development programs, resulting in over $100 million in recovered lost profit opportunities. With extensive experience in renewable diesel, hydrotreating, coking, and crude compatibility, Dean has provided technical services to refineries worldwide. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Chemical Engineering in the states of Oklahoma and Kansas. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, summa cum laude, from Mississippi State University, and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder.

With a proven track record in leading complex energy projects including ones for steam turbine generators, Josh has managed large-scale projects worth over half a billion dollars. With an ability to lead, collaborate, and deliver exceptional results, his experience extends to sales, marketing, and business development as well as commercial construction, where he excels in loss mitigation and general contracting. Josh graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Marketing and Business Development.

Proficient in programs including Aspen Plus, AutoCAD and HYSYS, Kohlton is dedicated to innovative problem-solving to ensure high-quality results for every project and customer. Kohlton graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a secondary degree in Biological Engineering.

With a focus on sustainable aviation fuel and renewable diesel plants, Kyle has conducted feasibility studies, designed equipment, and provided engineering support for multiple installations. He is proficient in programs including AutoCAD, CHEMCAD, and Aspen HYSYS/Plus. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

Mike’s biofuels career began during the boom of the ethanol industry, where he gained extensive experience in operations, troubleshooting, and process improvements. His expertise extends to gas fractionation, where he has optimized processes for efficiency and sustainability. Most recently, Mike served as the Plant Manager for Green Energy Products in Sedgwick, Kansas. Mike has a degree from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Criminal Justice and Agriculture Production.

From project management to accounting to human resources, Summer is well-positioned to support the team cross-functionally to ensure the best collaboration. With a background that includes a long history in purchasing across various industries, Summer continually delivers effective solutions to any challenge. Summer earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wichita State University.
